The Deaf Studies Program and Nevada Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (NVRID) will host a professional development workshop for American Sign Language interpreters and interpreter educators, featuring presenter Sara Brewer. The event includes instructional/lecture-style sessions along with a hands-on practice lab component. This is a one-time educational event for NSU students and staff, NVRID members and the broader interpreting community; no filming or media production will take place.
